ISO 15156

Over the last few years the NACE MR0175 standard on metals for use in H2S containing oilfield environments has gone through significant rewriting and now exists as NACE MR0175/ISO 15156.  This new three part document looks markedly different from MR0175 and has many new and altered requirements but still contains many of the features of the historic MR0175.  In this presentation, an overview of the new standard will be presented with a discussion of the most significant changes.  Some of the current issues being addressed by the Committees working on the standard will also be presented.
