Seminar Scope:

Additive Manufacturing technologies enable new parts and geometries that were limited by prior traditional manufacturing techniques. The ASM Houston Chapter will host presentations that include (but are not limited to) the following areas of interest:

  • Case Studies in Advances of New Designs
  • Standards and Specifications
  • Testing of Materials
  • Control of Microstructure
  • Different Technologies of AM
  • Emerging Technologies
  • Failure Analysis
  • AM Materials Behavior vs Traditional Materials
  • Applications
  • Functional Materials and Structures – Solving Barriers to Adoption

Please submit abstracts by April 29th, 2022.

Abstracts should be no more than 500 words and should be accompanied by a brief biography of the presenter(s).  Send abstracts in MS Word or PDF format to seminar@asmhou.org.
