Specialty Alloys
Stainless steels and alloys based on nickel and cobalt comprise a class of materials known as specialty alloys which are characterized by enhanced corrosion and oxidation resistance and other distinctive properties.  Specialty alloys are vital in many industries including oil & gas, chemical processing, and aerospace.
This four-week course is designed to provide the student with a basic understanding of the metallurgy and applications of specialty alloys.

The course fee includes classroom instruction; a copy of the course material will be provided at the end of the course.  A textbook is not included but is available at a discounted rate.
