The ASM Houston Chapter May meeting will be a special treat for all in attendance; MacGyvering at the International Space Station.  Michelle and Travis Fitzgerald now married both had a desire to be involved in space exploration since they were very young.  After obtaining degrees in Aerospace Engineering, they both secured jobs at a NASA contractor, who manages the day to day operation of the International Space Station, including training of both astronauts and flight controllers for specific missions.  Their presentation will include their personal experience of real problem solving aboard the International Space Station.
